Together, we are working to strengthen Indigenous inclusion and long-term community impact. Together, we are working to strengthen First Nations’ capacity by creating career pathways, training opportunities, and mentorship for Nisga’a citizens in technical fields. Our combined local presence and expertise enable us to deliver responsive, culturally informed services to clients. This joint venture also serves as a model for economic reconciliation, ensuring that Indigenous communities are not only consulted but also actively involved in and benefit from regional development. By supporting infrastructure and resource projects that align with community values and priorities, we aim to foster sustainable growth across the region.
